my apartment was comfortable close to the lounge area, local attractions, and a beautiful garden. such touches as a patio, a tv set, and a kitchenette area were useful. there was a bathtub. it was gorgeous and great near the lake district. overall experience was relaxing.

I recently stayed at Plough Cottage for work and it was a true home away from home. The location was super convenient for my needs and Chris, the host, was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and there were plenty of amenities available including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge with a log burner. Chris even made sure to light the fire before I came home from work, which was a lovely touch. a great stay and I would definitely return.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
